Roma launches MAGICA+, new fan engagement platform

Roma host Genoa at the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday 17 October at 20:45 in Serie A's seventh round. The match follows Roma's Champions League outing against Real Madrid midweek. Over 63,000 spectators are expected, with the Distretto Nord-Ovest section fully allocated to Roma supporters. Tickets remain available for purchase. The Olimpico gates will open at 18:45. Roma advise supporters to arrive at least 90 minutes before kickoff to avoid queues at the turnstiles. From 18:45 until the match begins, Box 4 on via Nigra will be staffed for any queries. AS Roma has unveiled MAGICA+, a fan engagement platform presented by Eurobet.live (the club's sponsor) and available on asroma.com. The platform is free to access for adults with MyASR credentials and transforms each match into an opportunity for supporters to test their knowledge of the club and earn points toward a personal profile. Every match participation allows fans to progress through levels and unlock rewards tied to their engagement. The prizes include a trip to a Champions League fixture with the squad, match tickets, a Trigoria Experience (the club's training ground), and official merchandise. The platform's purpose is explicit: to provide concrete recognition for supporters who live the club every day. The name MAGICA—meaning both a name and a sentiment in Italian—reflects the emotional core of the initiative, which centralises fan recognition and closer connection to Roma's operations and events.

The Curva Sud presented José Mourinho with a bronze Capitoline she-wolf dating from 1925 before Roma's match against Real Madrid, delivering an emotional tribute to the former manager. The gift came accompanied by a letter from the ultras expressing their gratitude. The letter read: "Mister, we did not have time to thank you and say goodbye, and so we do it today.
