The convoked players are: defenders Devyne Rensch, Evan N'Dicka, Nahuel Molina, Mario Hermoso, Gianluca Mancini, Leonardo Balerdi, Wesley, Emanuele Lulli and Daniele Ghilardi; midfielders Lorenzo Pellegrini, Marten de Roon, Manu Koné, Niccolò Pisilli and Rodrigo Mora; forwards Santiago Castro, Donyell Malen, Matías Soulé and Paulo Dybala.

Gian Piero Gasperini has ruled out Mile Svilar, Bryan Cristante and Konstantinos Koulierakis for Roma's Serie A visit to Como on 11 October, following the international break. Svilar will not return until after November's pause, while Cristante is targeting the Genoa match. Koulierakis, the centre-back, faces no serious injury and could be available for Wednesday's Champions League match against Real Madrid. Italian goalkeeper Vasquez returns to the squad. Roma's full 24-player selection for Como reads: Vasquez, Giorgio De Marzi and Pierluigi Gollini in goal; Devyne Rensch, Evan N'Dicka, Nahuel Molina, Mario Hermoso, Gianluca Mancini, Leonardo Balerdi, Wesley, Emanuele Lulli and Daniele Ghilardi in defence; Lorenzo Pellegrini, Marten de Roon, Manu Koné, Niccolò Pisilli and Rodrigo Mora in midfield; and Santiago Castro, Donyell Malen, Matías Soulé and Paulo Dybala in attack.

Mile Svilar has sustained a fractured toe in his right foot during training and will be absent for approximately one month, head coach Gian Piero Gasperini announced. Video footage released by the club showed the goalkeeper remaining on the ground in pain after a save, holding his right foot. Gasperini confirmed in his press conference that the injury could keep Svilar sidelined until the mid-November international break. The injury represents a significant blow to Roma's campaign. Svilar will miss key fixtures against Como, Real Madrid, Napoli and Manchester United during his absence.

Mile Svilar sustained a fractured fifth toe during training after stretching, leaving Roma without their first-choice goalkeeper in the coming weeks. The injury was confirmed after footage of the incident emerged on 10 October. Svilar will be absent for approximately one month and is expected to return after the international break. His absence creates an immediate opportunity for Pierluigi Gollini to step in as first-team goalkeeper. Gasperini addressed the injury in his press conference, stating: "Svilar fuori un mese. Per fare una grande squadra serve una proprietà molto coinvolta" (Svilar out for a month. To build a great squad you need an ownership that is very involved). Konstantinos Koulierakis is also unavailable during the same period. The injury compounds Roma's defensive concerns as they navigate the fixture list without their established number one.
