Roma's Champions League opponents confirmed; UEFA to publish full fixture list

Roma will face Real Madrid in the second matchday of the UEFA Champions League league phase on Wednesday 14 October at the Stadio Olimpico. The fixture carries added significance with José Mourinho returning to the ground where he spent 987 days as Roma manager, culminating in the Conference League triumph in Tirana, now in charge of the Spanish champions.
