Roma vs Fiorentina on course for sell-out: fan guide
Roma open their 2026–27 campaign at home against Fiorentina tomorrow evening at 20:45, with the Stadio Olimpico expected to reach capacity once again. The club has released a full guide for supporters attending the match. The Olimpico gates will open at 18:45, with Roma recommending fans arrive at least 90 minutes before kickoff to avoid congestion at the turnstiles. From 17:45 until the start of play, supporters requiring assistance can visit box 4 on via Nigra. Alternatively, help is available from 09:00 onwards through the AS Roma Contact Center (telephone 06.89386000), email or an online form. All tickets and season passes are available exclusively in digital format; Roma warned that screenshots are not valid for entry and fans must have their tickets properly loaded on their phone before arriving at the turnstiles. Roma has prohibited ticket resale through unofficial channels and said any breach will be immediately halted. A dedicated form remains active for fans to report secondary ticketing abuses directly to the club. Match-day shirts themed to the Roma–Fiorentina fixture are available in official stores, and Romolo will throw signed examples into the stands during the pre-match period and half-time. Accessible parking for supporters with non-ambulatory disabilities is available at via Nigra (Tribuna Tevere) and viale dei Gladiatori (Tribuna Monte Mario), with spaces limited and available on a first-come basis. Parking for spectators with other disabilities is provided at viale Alberto Blanc, also subject to availability. The club anthem and all pre-match league press conferences will be signed for deaf supporters, supported by Toyota Motor Italia, KINTO and volunteers from the "Gruppo Sordi Romanisti". The "Food for the Community" initiative continues, collecting food surplus from hospitality areas for vulnerable Roma communities. The "Unstoppable – Superiamo gli Ostacoli" service resumes, using a fleet of Toyota vehicles to transport fans with mobility disabilities to and from the stadium; bookings open from 09:00 to 18:00 daily, or before 14:00 the day before a match. A sensory-friendly "Quiet Room" in Tribuna Monte Mario is available for supporters with sensory processing difficulties, allowing them to watch the match away from crowds, loud noise and intense lighting.
