Roma scouts say transfer strategy shows confusion; Mora backed as important prospect

AS Roma have finalized the departures of Angeliño and Marash Kumbulla on loan deals, with both moves forming part of the club's ongoing summer transfer activity. Angeliño has joined Deportivo La Coruña on a free loan with a buy option set at €2 million, while Kumbulla moved to Rayo Vallecano under identical loan terms with a €2.5 million buyout clause plus 10 per cent of any future resale fee included in the agreement. The Rossoneri have rejected all overtures, including loan-with-obligation structures, despite considering Leão available for sale. That is a wall Galatasaray will find difficult to breach, but the Turkish champions show no sign of backing away from their pursuit.
