Federico Guidi's second spell as Roma Primavera head coach is ending after just one season. The club is finalising the details of his contract termination following a disappointing campaign in results. Mattia Scala, who has overseen Roma's Under-14, Under-16, and Under-18 sides since 2021 through 2026, is set to be promoted to replace him. Guidi returned to the Primavera bench for this season but has not delivered the results expected at the youth level. Zeki Çelik is poised to sign a new contract with Roma, with an agreement reached between player and club. The Turkish defender will commit on a three-year deal worth just under €3 million per season, with Roma able to benefit from the Decreto Crescita tax incentive. An official announcement is expected in the coming days, though Çelik will not be present at the squad's gathering on 13 July as he receives additional rest following his participation in the World Cup.
