Roma Primavera parts ways with Guidi after mutual agreement

AS Roma and Federico Guidi have ended their professional relationship by mutual consent. The club announced the termination of the Primavera head coach's contract following an important period developing young talent in Roma's academy system. Guidi had previously managed Roma's youth team between 2022 and 2024, and continued in the role through the 2025–26 season. During his first spell, he secured a Primavera Coppa Italia and a Primavera Supercoppa Italiana, and guided the side to the Scudetto final in 2024. Roma thanked Guidi for his dedication and professionalism in identifying and developing young players within the academy. The club extended its best wishes to Guidi for his future career. No successor was named in the announcement.
