Supporters must verify their access before reaching the stadium. Season tickets are available only through the "Il Mio Posto" app, while match tickets can be accessed via the same app or added to the Wallet function on iOS or Android smartphones. For tickets loaded on Wallet, supporters can access turnstiles using NFC technology by holding their smartphone to the reader. Crucially, screenshots of tickets and season tickets are not valid for stadium entry—supporters must ensure their credentials are properly available on their device before arriving at the turnstiles.
