LIVE | Roma-Real Madrid, le probabili formazioni: Rensch si gioca una maglia con Molina

Roma will welcome Genoa to the Stadio Olimpico on Saturday evening following their Champions League fixture against Real Madrid. The stadium will be entirely in Roma colours as ticket sales to visiting supporters in Liguria have been prohibited; the few Genoa fans attending will be relocated to the Tribuna Monte Mario, while the Distinto Nord-Ovest will be available to Roma supporters. Genoa will be managed by De Rossi. Tickets go on sale today at €30 each, with the club targeting a complete sell-out as Roma push for three crucial points in their bid to close on Inter.

A mural honouring José Mourinho was damaged overnight ahead of Roma's Champions League fixture against Real Madrid. The artwork, created by artist Drugi near the Stadio Olimpico, celebrated one of the most significant moments in recent Roma history: the conquest of the UEFA Europa Conference League in 2022. Mourinho's return to Rome in a Champions League clash with Real Madrid was marked by the vandalism of the piece, which commemorated the Portuguese manager's European triumph with Roma at Tirana—a memory that remains deeply meaningful to Roma supporters. The mural had been created for the occasion of Mourinho's return to the capital.

Francesco Totti has closed the door on a playing comeback to AS Roma, stating firmly: 'I am not returning.' The Roma legend, in remarks published on 14 October, offered a clear answer to speculation about a potential comeback at the club where he spent his entire playing career. Totti backed Roma's current prospects under head coach Gian Piero Gasperini, saying the side can compete for the Serie A title. 'Roma can compete for the Scudetto. We know Inter have an extra gear, but it is a team that can give them trouble,' he said. He also praised Gasperini directly, describing him as 'a top player'—a reference to the coach's stature and tactical prowess.
