Ziolkowski and Cacciamani: The Price Tags
Roma has set a €20 million asking price for Jan Ziółkowski as the club moves to offload the Polish defender, who has fallen to sixth in the central defensive hierarchy following the arrival of Koulierakis. In July, the club scouted the English market, where Ziółkowski has attracted interest thanks to his youth and physical presence — qualities prized in that market. August presents an opportunity to develop a sale, with Saudi Arabia emerging as a potential destination for a deal of this scale. Roma remains active on other fronts, maintaining interest in Cacciamani despite focusing recent efforts on finding a left-back. The Torino winger, who impressed on loan at Juve Stabia in Serie B last season, remains a target, though negotiations over fee remain unresolved. The club has signalled willingness to go beyond the €12 million offer already tabled to the Turin club. That initial bid reflects the challenge of pricing a 2007-born player who has not yet made his Serie A debut.
