Tickets for the Roma supporters' section can only be purchased by holders of AS Roma's loyalty programme who live outside Rome's provinces. The measure stems from violence at the previous meeting between the clubs on 18 January, when incidents occurred before the match. Both Roma and Torino supporters have been reported in connection with those events, according to the Italian news agency ANSA. The authorities have responded by implementing restrictive measures for the new encounter, the fourth round of Serie A. The decision follows the determination of the Committee for the Analysis of Sports Event Security and renders it impossible for Roma supporters residing in Rome's metropolitan area to attend the stadium.
