Speaking on Radio Roma Sound, Nobili stated: "The Stadium is the demonstration, finally, that it is not true that things cannot be done in Rome." He acknowledged that the Lazio region will need to assume responsibility for work that the commissioner's office lacks the resources and personnel to complete independently. Nobili framed the stadium as part of a broader development agenda for Rome, alongside other major projects including a waste-to-energy facility and preparations for the Jubilee. He emphasized that with proper commitment, capable administration, and adequate funding, such initiatives can succeed. The stadium project remains a key priority for AS Roma and the broader Rome metropolitan area. Nobili concluded with optimism about Roma's prospects, saying: "The AS Roma stadium? Certainly it will be done, just as we will achieve Champions League qualification, with all respect to those who see neither one thing nor the other."
